It lays the magnetic navigation line on the ground and guides the AGV  to operate automatically.Laying the magnetic strip properly can ensure the normal operation of the AGV, especially at the corners, otherwise the AGV will derail.The following are precautions for laying AGV magnetic strip.

First, make sure that the ground is dry, tidy and clean before laying the magnetic strip. If the ground is wet or dusty, it will affect the viscosity. At the same time, it is necessary to plan the route in advance and ensure the beauty of the laying. When laying the straight line section, press on the magnetic strip lightly after posting to ensure the quality of the posting.

　Secondly, when laying the AGV turning path, the magnetic strip of the AGV should be folded into a curved shape and then posted. Cut off the remaining magnetic strips. When some of the magnetic strips are missing, you can trim equal-sized magnetic strips on the spare magnetic strips directly to fill in the gaps.Pay attention to minimize the ups and downs of the turn, so that the posting will be more convenient and beautiful, and it can also prevent the AGV from derailing.

　After the auxiliary installation is completed, it is necessary to paste a layer of maintenance tape wider than the magnetic strip on the surface of the AGV magnetic strip, which can prevent the surface of the magnetic strip from abrasion and prevent water and grease from entering effectively.

In addition,be careful not to stack them, when the AGV magnetic strips are stacked, the magnetic field directly above the stacked part will increase, which may cause abnormal magnetic sensor detection.
